👣 Postural Management & Hip Health in Focus! 👣

Two weeks ago, our Albury Clinical Education Day brought local therapists together for a hands-on, practical workshop exploring Postural Management for Weight-Bearing Postures: Why Hip Health Matters, with special guest presenter Mellinda Clarke from APEX Mobility .

Together, we deep-dived into typical motor development, the importance of 'on-time' postural and mobility support, and the role of supported standing and gait training in protecting hip health. Attendees had the chance to trial a wide range of equipment and build confidence in clinical choice-making for their clients.

Thank you to all who joined us for a day of learning, collaboration, and connection (with plenty of coffee and laughs along the way)!

🚲 Rifton Adaptive Trikes for Local School Communities 🚲

As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and supporting inclusive mobility, Astris PME is proud to donate a total of nine Rifton Adaptive Trikes to three incredible schools:

✨ Lucas Gardens School
✨ Tallowood School
✨ The Ponds School

Each school has received three adaptive trikes, supporting students with high and moderate support needs, including physical disabilities and complex medical conditions.

These trikes provide more than just movement - they create opportunities for independence, confidence, participation and joy for students who may not otherwise experience the freedom of cycling.
