🏉 Returning to footy after summer?
We’re starting to see a lot of local players heading back into training — and with that often comes a few niggles.
Common issues early in the season include:
• Calf and hamstring strains
• Knee soreness
• Achilles or ankle & foot pain
• General stiffness after time off
🏃➡️A sudden increase in running, change of direction and load can catch the body off guard — especially after a quieter summer.
The good news is that many of these issues can be managed early, before they turn into something more significant.
