SCAR TISSUE

Did you know that massage can help scar tissue?

It helps to soften and flatten the scar and bring blood flow to the area. It can help to decrease sensitivity and increase mobility of the affected area.

Massage can be performed once the stitches are removed and the wound is completely closed (usually at the 2-3 week mark).

So if your going in for surgery or currently have some scar tissue that you would like assistance with please contact Bec to book an appointment on 0466 720 323.

🔥 SUNBURN 🔥

Massage and sunburn don't mix! 🚫

Not only can it be painful to get a massage with sunburn but it can actually cause more damage to the skin, delay healing and increase the risk of infection.

As we head into summer and the warmer weather if you get a bad sunburn its better to reschedule your massage. 🙏
