You are not in the future, you’re here in the now.

Too often we get trapped into spending so much time trying to ‘Find ourselves’, as if parts of ourselves are missing. I know I’ve done that lol!

The truth is we are never missing. If we spend more time being present in a moment and asking ourselves how we choose to Be in each moment, paying attention to what feels right for us, and acting on it, we would not have to spend so much time trying to find ourselves.

Each moment of our lives gives us the information we need to choose how we show up. And when you live life from this way of being, you find you showing up the way you truly wish to be more and more. Refining the process each time, until you ‘Be’ who you were looking for the whole time.

As the great Dr Wayne Dyer says, “ We wake up with everything we need, everyday”.

Less searching and more choosing what feels good and true to your soul, no matter what others say. And see what that create.

It’s SO good to be running Access Bars sessions for people again.

After taking a bit of a break to enjoy stepping into a new career and all the beauty of that unfolding, I’m now able to offer sessions again to those who a seeking more ease, joy and glory in life, through the assistance of this powerful and for me life changing modality.

For those who know the power of the Bars and what it’s created for them and feel it’s time to let more ease into your world again…I’m back and ready to be of assistance.

I’m a lemonade type of girl..
Give me a lemon any day and I’ll turn it into something worth savouring.

No matter the lows that come in life, there is always the opposite that exists.. this is wisdom I’ve learnt so far. It’s the law of nature of all that is.

So no matter how something presents itself, learn to think less negative thoughts, you don’t have to think more positive ones right away because sometimes that crossover is just to vast a gap right away. But by thinking less negative thoughts on a daily basis the body mind becomes more at ease… the garden of your mind has less weeds to contend with to plant something new to grow, and now thinking more positive thoughts will come easier, laying a whole new foundation for a new way of being in the world and being more in flow.

It’s consistency over time which alows you to turn from being against the flow in the stream to going with it.

No matter how bitter life gets.. like a lemon it’s still the most important part of a delicious lemonade. 🙏🏽❤️
