Long Point Yoga Long Point Yoga Therapy is a mobile yoga business which offers consultations in and around Bicheno.

Kerryn Smith, who operates Long Point Yoga, offers small, nurturing yoga classes which feature an integrative approach to finding balance and a more relaxed state of being within the busyness of life. Through movement, breath awareness and relaxation you will find strength, stability and grounding for both body and mind. Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation practice, from the Satyananda Style of Yoga, and is offered to small groups in Bicheno. Kerryn has completed a 2 year Yoga Teaching Diploma from the Academy of Yoga Science, NSW, and her business is mobile, allowing her to move around the East Coast of Tasmania, taking yoga into the community. Classes are available in Falmouth, Bicheno, and Coles Bay, including at local accomodation businesses. If you have an interest in exploring yoga and are keen to get your body moving in a gentle and nurturing way, developing tools for creating balance and stillness within your life, Long Point Yoga can get you started. Private yoga sessions are available, and Client Programs can be formulated to help with specific concerns also.
