I’m very happy to share that after an extended break, I am back practicing and teaching Reiki again.

🌺 Flower Friday 🌺

Today's flower is Wild Potato Bush (solanum quadriloculatum). It has purple/blue flowers with a yellow centre and prickly leaves and stems. These beauties can be can be seen flowering in Spring in central Australia.

🌸 Wild Potato Bush is a wonderful remedy when feeling burdened or frustrated by any physical restriction or limitation with your body. Eg. Injuries, pregnancy or weight concerns.

🌺 It encourages renewed enthusiasm, freedom and the ability to move on in life.

🌸 It is excellent for those who feel heavy, weighed down, restricted and who want to step out of the old self, but find it difficult to do so.

🌺 It can also be beneficial in detoxifying heavy metals and other toxins from the cells.

🌺 Flower Friday 🌺

Today's flower is Fringed Violet (thysanotus tuberosus).

The stems grow up to 80cm long and can bear up to eight of these 'lily-like' flowers per stem. It can be seen flowering in spring and early summer and these stunning purple flowers are characterized by its distinctive fringed margins. Another unique feature of Fringed Violet is that its beautiful flowers only remain open for a day.

🌺 Fringed Violet Essence is excellent for empaths and highly sensitive individuals who can be drained by others or who absorb energies unconsciously.

🌸 Assists with re-alignment from past and present shock, abuse or trauma. Excellent for those in distress - a crisis or emotionally upset.

🌺 Flower Friday 🌺

Today's flower is Grey Spider Orchid (Grevillea buxifolia), which is endemic to New South Wales.

It is a small shrub that grows up to two meters in height and flowers from spring through to autumn.

It has elliptical to egg shaped leaves and hairy clusters of fawn coloured flowers. If you look closely at the flower it looks like someone screaming in terror.

🌺 Grey Spider Orchid is an excellent remedy for feelings of uneasiness, often perceived as a threat, whether real or imaginary.

🌸 It assists those suffering with extreme terror, especially in life threatening situations or psychic attacks.

🌺 It's also an excellent remedy for those who suffer with nightmares, night terrors or bad dreams.

🌺 Flower Friday 🌺

Today's flower is Dagger Hakea (Hakea teretifolia) which can be found growing from northern New South Wales through to Victoria and Tasmania.

Dagger Hakea is a prickly shrub that generally grows no more than three meters height and flowers in late spring. It is easy to see how it received its common name when you see its dagger shaped fruit, and the needle like barb that grows on its leaves. These barbs protect the beautiful smelling white/cream flowers that lie between them. In the same way, Dagger Hakea is used for those who may be a bit "prickly". More often than not, this is a way of protecting the vulnerable beauty within.

🌺 It's a wonderful remedy for those who hold old grudges, bitterness and resentment towards others.

🌸 It assists with inner peace and healing of relationships.

🌺 This is a lovely remedy to use when a relationship has ended or or navigating family conflicts.

🌸 It encourages open expression of feelings and paves the way to forgiveness.

This is my absolute favourite essential oil blend. 🙌
