We believe that people with disability deserve the same rights and opportunities provided to all members of society - a life of purpose, community involvement, to be heard and treated with respect, to choose their direction and to experience the joy of achievement. Our mission is to provide trained, caring, proactive support workers for NDIS recipients who are Plan-Managed and Self-Managed. Collaborating with our clients and carers, we design a progressive personalised blueprint to assist them in achieving their goals and dreams. Our workers are committed to supporting the growth and self-development of each client, as they actively participate with them in their plan. We maintain our quality service by building strong relationships with our clients, focussing on regular contacts and open channels of communication, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Community Access is about more than just going out — it’s about living meaningfully, safely, and confidently in the world around you.

Our Support Workers assist with:
✔ Grocery shopping
✔ Gym visits and recreational activities
✔ Getting to appointments
✔ Public transport & travel training
✔ And much more — based on your goals

At Great Disability Support, we also help with personal care, home support, and even hospital visits (outside the role of nursing staff).
