HEARTSMART KIDZ WORKSHOP
A Workshop that teaches and supports -
Nurturing Understanding, Curious Hearts & Wise Minds.
A Workshop where your child learns about their very own E.I - Emotional Intelligence and how to use it to their advantage in their life.
A Workshop where your child will learn practical, easy to use strategies and shills to help navigate those tough moments in life.

I am offering 3 different age groups to allow for each individual Child to receive the full benefits of what’s on offer 🙏
Age Groups & Times:
Workshop no.1 5-8yrs - 9-11am
Workshop no.2 9-12yrs - 12-2pm
Workshop no.3 13-16yrs - 3-5pm
