Cup gliding the lats 🫶🏼

By gliding the cups along the lats (instead of keeping them stationary), we’re encouraging better blood flow and fascial release.

This technique can help:
✨ Loosen up the lats for overhead movement
✨ Improve posture and shoulder range
✨ Support recovery after training, long hours at a desk or in machinery.

This client has a history of muscle tears in his Pecs, Biceps and Triceps which can create long-term compensations through the shoulders, back, and core. As well as grinding through 12 hour work days in heavy machinery.

We worked to:

Release and lengthen tight QLs and his whole back that have been overworking to stabilise posture and restore shoulder and spinal mobility so the body can move more freely and evenly

Consistent bodywork, especially for people who sit or operate machinery for long hours, helps prevent these compensations from turning into chronic pain patterns.

Located in Port Sorell. The address will be provided upon booking to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition for everyone.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to and – thank you just doesn't seem to be enough. Im so grateful to you both for everything you’ve done for me during my time at . Your support means the world, and I can hand on my heart say, I wouldn’t be where I am today without you both. You've welcomed me into your family without hesitation and have been there from day dot!

As I continue to balance my full-time job alongside running this successful little business, appointments may be limited for a while until I find a steadier rhythm. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

💉 Dry Needling the Infraspinatus

One of the rotator cuff muscles that’s often responsible for shoulder tightness, referral pain down the arm, and those “can’t quite get comfortable” aches. Dry needling here helps release trigger points, restore mobility, and ease up the shoulder for better movement.

Those twitches were hidden under all the ink 😅. Still, the muscle was firing away and doing their thing — tattoos or not, the treatment gets through!

After a busy and fulfilling year so far, I’ll be taking a well-earned break throughout all of October to rest & recharge! 🌞✈️

💆‍♀️ I will be closed from October 1st to October 31st.
That said — there may be the chance of a pop-up day during the month, so keep an eye on my stories and posts just in case I sneak in a day or two of bookings 👀✨

If you’re needing an appointment before or after, I’d recommend booking early — spots are already filling quickly.
