Health education is one of the most important parts of being a podiatrist and I want to help everyone live their best life with happy and healthy feet 👣

At our last meeting, we had the pleasure of hosting Stephanie Bush, a podiatrist from Shearwater, who shared her insights on all things feet! 👣 From the surprising benefits of Vicks Vaporub on fungal infections to the critical role of proper footwear in supporting our feet, ankles, knees, and even our lower backs, Stephanie covered it all.

She gave us some great tips on choosing the best shoes for walking, running, and hiking—and let’s just say, many of us might be rethinking our shoe choices! A huge thanks to Stephanie for an informative and engaging talk. We’re definitely putting our best foot forward after her visit!
