We said farewell to our amazing Nurse Sandra yesterday with a lovely luncheon at Eastford Creek Vineyard. A beautiful day reminiscing of the times we have all enjoyed together. Sandra has been a valued member of our practice for the past fifteen years caring for our patients with kindness and skill. The time has come for Sandra to enjoy more of her love for travelling and family times. She will be greatly missed by all of her colleagues. May she enjoy many happy times to come.

We would like to warmly welcome Dr Vincent Horton to our surgery. Dr Horton was a medical student with us whilst studying at UTAS where he then graduated before moving to South Australia. The good news is that he has returned to us and will be working Monday to Wednesday and taking new patients in our area. Welcome to our team Dr Samuel
Dr Samuel is a Rural Generalist GP Registrar born and originally trained in Adelaide but has fallen in love with the Northwest Coast of Tasmania and calls it home now. Dr Samuel has a passion for providing ongoing care across a diverse range of areas. Particular areas of interests are chronic condition management, male health, sexual health and providing healthcare for LGBTQI+ community members. If Dr Samuel is not at work he can normally be found on his farm taking care of the cattle stud, or tending to the other animals on the farm. Dr Samuel is excited to be taking bookings for new patients from our local area from 2nd of February 2026.
