Here are the dates for yoga at the Claude Road hall for January 🥰

It's an all-rounder class, suitable for beginners and for the well-seasoned yogi also.

Designed to cover stretching, strengthening, and flowing, I often hear reports of how much more comfortable and open people feel in their bodies after class. Furthermore, the yoga experience provides a soothing balm for the heart and the emotional body; a great support for your being as we walk this earth.

I added this phrase to one of my songs yesterday:

💙Viparyaasatikraanto Nishta Nirvaanah💙

It is part of a much bigger, immensely deep mantra, whose meaning I won't try to philosophise here right now.

Essentially though, this part means: Nirvana is found beyond the impermanent meaningless things that sometimes people try to find permanence in.

I thought this might be a timely reminder for us all, as we navigate the many feelings and chaotic experiences that Christmas time can bring.

We have oceans and oceans of infinite bliss inside ourselves ✨️

Well, lovelies, that's a wrap on 2025; it's time for a little break.

My family & work life has been very rich lately (translation: HECTIC!), and of course we are sinking into the festive season.

I'm taking 2 weeks off, to allow space for everyone and myself to enjoy the celebrations.

A couple of things as I sign off:

💚Love is still the answer💚

When I sing with my shruti box, I channel something that's difficult to put into words.

It feels like infinite, bottomless, endless unconditional love.

I adore it so much because I can ✨️feel✨️ the prayer of healing being vibrationally spun into field.

I have collected evidence of the set intention solidifying itself in the 3D when I musically pray.

And I truly feel we must continue to tap into love, despite the hatred we see around us.

Let us continue to create the world we wish to live in, through energetics and the fortification and enhancing of our magnetic fields and hearts!

I am craaaaaaaazy excited to birth a brand new, unique, high high high vibration experience in sound healing and the expansive world of frequency and vibration for you beautiful people!!!!

With absolute intention of filling you to the brim with love and bliss, so that it overflows in abundance and ripples out into the world around us.

Everything I've been doing in this world for the past 43 years has been for this ✨️💙✨️

"Meredith Rose uses a unique instrument - the almighty loop-station - in conjunction with her voice and little else, to build musical masterpieces of healing from silence up to layers upon layers of exuberant musical bliss. Her songs aren't just songs, they are sonic prayers for the world; high vibration sound healing fuelled by immense unconditional love."

A truly unique experience is planned for this afternoon of musical magic!

Anahata is the Sanskrit name for the heart chakra.
Amrita is the Sanskrit word for 'nectar'.
Our intention for this event is to provide musical and vibrational nectar for the soul, to blossom hearts wide open, for the healing of humanity and the greater good of the macrocosm!

Cacao Ceremony by the beautiful Gemma will help us tune in to our hearts. This ancient plant medicine has long been known and used as a gentle yet powerful heart opener.

We'll then dive into a concert-like musical experience; a combination of meditative listening, and occasional (and optional) participation via Kirtan (a call-and-response practice in which sacred mantras are sounded out by the facilitator, and then repeated by participants. A gorgeous practice for the heart and throat chakras).
All music will be completely original - written by Meredith. Dancing welcomed!
