I would be ever so thrilled to have your support (in the form of presence) next weekend at the Mount Roland Folk Festival 🙏

I'll be playing many of my original songs with my beloved loop station, on Sunday morning in the Uniting Church.

Many of these songs are inspired by the potent kriyas and mantra meditations that have helped me along my path, but I have some songs in English too! All are designed to open your heart and let Spirit soar through you; to uplift and imbue you with positive self-talk, love, and absolute connectivity - Oneness!

Join Meredith in the energy of November's New Moon, for an intentionally chakra-awakening Sound Ceremony for inviting balance in to your being.

Meet at a private location under the mountain, immersed in nature, ten minutes from the township of Sheffield.

Beginning with a gentle pranayama (breathing exercise) to help you land & clear your energy field, we will then practice a powerful and little-known chakra mantra to begin the energetic work. Doing this out loud is optional; you are welcome to do it silently/mentally, or just listen.

When you lie down in a warm nest, you will be taken on a guided meditation & visualisation exercise during which you will awaken your chakras one by one. Then allow yourself to let go and be enveloped with divine frequencies of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, voice, flute, medicine drum, chimes, and more.

Come and experience the wonder of your own ability to care for your energy body and chakra system, or simply come to let peace wash over you and hand over your worries to the divine.

Okay, FAR OUT, am I excited right now!!!!

Exactly 3 weeks ago today, I received a product I had heard about that has been proven (by many many studies and the rigmarole that comes with patenting a product) to elevate one's GHK-CU copper peptides by stimulating nerves on the surface of the skin, which in turn activates production of stem cells.

STEM CELLS, you know, the cells that can then turn into any cell the body needs for repair and regeneration of critical physiology such as skin, connectivity tissues and organs.

This product is in the form of tiny little NON-transdermal patches with crystals that reflect the body's own infrared light. Non-invasive but powerful. People are even putting them on their pets' fur and seeing pain taken instantly away and stubborn problems dissolving!

I didn't want to get too excited until I saw results myself. I wouldn't say I was skeptic, per se, but just without expectation.
Knowing that my body is aging and noticing the effects of that; the little injuries and ailments and not bouncing back quite so easily from sickness, I was all ears when I heard 'light therapy for stem cell activation'. ✨️

Also being rather interested, in case you can't tell, in learning ways us humans can be at our absolute optimum health & vitality so we can live our potential!

So for the first 2 & a half weeks, I decided to put the patches at the top and the bottom of my spine. As a yogi, it made sense to focus on the physical correlation of the shushumna nadi (central column of the spine), to start the process of an overall health boost. I alternated between the top of the spine, and a couple of inches below my belly button. 12 hours on, 12 hours off.

And THEN... two days ago, I decided it was finally time to try putting a patch on an injury.

So, I've had this annoying and persistent - constant! - foot pain for at least 6 months, that came about from wearing shoes that were too big, and straining some tendons. It hasn't fixed itself by simply wearing proper shoes, and I was starting to worry.

I put a patch on my 'bad' foot at the start of the day two days ago and forgot about it.
When I sat down that afternoon and paused for the first time - I REALISED THE PAIN WAS GONE!!!!

I couldn't even trigger it!!!!!!

So.....
Safe to say, I am mind blown, and can see the IMMENSE potential of these patches, now!

I am thinking of so many people with ailments I know about who can be helped!!!

I am thinking of my tinnitus and my rapidly declining eye-sight - both which are things that I've heard people are turning around with these patches!

OMG, we can ACTUALLY reverse the effects of aging with this technology!!! 😍

Yes, the limitation of our accepted human senses (taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing) can confuse us into thinking we are all separate meat bags, essentially alone and disconnected from the great wisdom and all that is.

But if only more people knew that everything is energy...
..knew that we can change matter with our frequency...
..and knew how insanely powerful each and every human is!!!!

Think of the implications!!!!

Think of the transformation that would take place on Earth as minds are blown and hearts are opened and trauma is unravelled and pure love ripples through the lands and communities.

Think of the evil that would get shut down.

Think of the systems that would crumble.

Think of the corruption that would fail to continue.

The BEAUTIFUL, INCREDIBLE, INSPIRATIONAL and WONDERFUL thing is, it has begun, and has been going, to a certain extent, for a long, long time.

We are in a profound time of acceleration RIGHT NOW.

What a privilege to be here to be a part of it.

Let's keep going!!!!!
