Looking for something different to do this weekend?

The South Coasts first & only floating sauna is right here in Shellharbour! 🔥

Book it with your mates & enjoy it all to yourselves- or book a seat in a social session, bring a friend and meet others!

Sessions are 1 hour and you can book your spot from $32pp!

We’ve got a warm & toasty sauna, water, lollies, a sauna bucket you can drench yourself with or jump in the pool to cool off 💧

Have you tried the sauna bucket?!

We have three ways to cool down at the sauna!

💧Use the Sauna bucket (it refills automatically, so just give it a minute before the next person uses it!)

💧Jump straight into the pool! (Its fully netted incase you were wondering 😛)

💧Use the hand shower for a controlled cool down

Thank you to everyone who came to our first Sculpt x Sauna event on the weekend!! And thank you to .hydration .au for the goodies!!

The weather was perfect, the vibes were high, the workout was challenging, the water was refreshing & the sauna was toasty 🔥🔥 We loved meeting you all and seeing you enjoy your morning outdoors & in the sun 💛

We’ve had a lot of feedback that we should make this a regular thing…. What do you think??
