Care Done Differently is growing, and we’re looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in the Sanctuary Point area.

About the Role
• 15–20 hours per week, with the potential to grow.
• Shifts will vary between 4–8 hours, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends.
• Work may include in-home supports, community access, and daily living assistance.
• You’ll be matched with participants to ensure the right fit, supporting them to achieve their goals and independence.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Mental Health, or a related field – or willingness to enrol in and complete a course
✅ Experience supporting people with schizophrenia and other complex mental health needs (preferred)
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
✅ WWCC (Working With Children Check)
✅ Drivers licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
✅ Strong communication skills, reliability, and a caring attitude

The Care Done Differently team is heading to Tasmania!✈️

Later this month, we’ll be in Hobart for the .plus networking event, connecting with incredible providers, sharing insights, and learning more about the unique needs of the Tasmanian community.

At Care Done Differently, our name says it all. We believe in doing things with heart, flexibility, and genuine connection, building services that are shaped around people, not processes.

Our current services include:
✅ Supported Independent Living (SIL) – creating safe, welcoming homes where independence is nurtured and support is always there when needed.

After much consideration, we’ve made the decision to no longer offer Support Coordination as a service under the Care Done Differently banner.

While this chapter is closing for us, we remain committed to ensuring participants and families can still access the right support. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with some incredible, experienced Support Coordinators, and we’d be more than happy to connect you with them if needed.

Our focus will now be on continuing to grow and deliver our core services, SIL, Community Access, Community Nursing, and Assistance with Daily Tasks, while still being a trusted source of connections within the disability sector.

If you or someone you know is looking for a great Support Coordinator, please reach out, we’ll make sure you’re introduced to someone who will go above and beyond.
