It's never too early to start teaching kids about good gut health.

This book written by Professor Felice Jacka - Professor of Nutritional Psychiatry and Director of the Food & Mood Centre at Deakin University is incredible and a perfect way to educate kids about whole foods with a focus away from 'healthy' or 'not healthy', but instead what keeps our good gut bugs happy and thriving.

It includes food ideas and bug recipes!
