DIS-HARM-ON-IOUS OF OUR CHILDREN

In this photograph it captures a special moment of each individual child being in their value of PEACE. Witnessing their blissful state of being who they truely are. Connected and expressing positive emotions of JOY, HAPPINESS and HARMONY. These are my beautiful daughters.

However, in reality we know that our children are struggling in their everyday life, with emotional outbursts, lack of self love, self care, self awareness, and conditions that were unheard of when we were growing up.

The pressures of screen time, social media, isolation from both caregivers working long hours, unrealistic expectations of themselves and the over simulation is causing our children to DIS-CONNECT from their inner MAGIC✨

They are DISTRACTED, DISTRESSED and DISCONNECTED, more easily than ever before, causing them to feel heavy negative emotions that are unprocessed and/or compressed, resulting in a rise of children’s wellness issues.

They are experiencing disruptive sleep patterns, over eating and lack of exercise are causing our children to DIS- HARM-ON-IOUS to their mind, body and soul connection. Making them feel like they are unable to cope with life challenges.

My name is Kerrie Keith, I help create positive change within children, BIG and small, as well as caregivers, educator’s and leaders, as a Happy Little Human Facilitor.

ARE YOU A BAD MOM TOO?

Yesterday was not a good day.

I did something that most mums fear the most. Forgetting to pick up one of my child from school.

I felt so much shame, guilt & disappointment in myself as I juggle so many roles as a mother, a wellness coach, a compliance officer, earth healer & so on.

I’m sure you can all relate & have experience a moment where you felt you were a BAD MOM. Spreading yourself to thinly.

I recall that I was organised. I stated it several times & completely missed the mark.

Most BAD MOMS are unaware that their soul design can have a lot of denied energy that makes them forget more easily. It suppose to help you stretch & grow, so you can become the best version of yourself. In any case, I confess there is no excuse.

So yesterday wasn’t a good day but I promised today would be much better. I knew if I wanted to feel better, I had to let go of all the negative emotions using my energetics & mindfulness practices.

I knew I could create positive change by sending love, compassion & harmony to myself, to my son, to the administration staff & my beautiful friend that could arrive earlier than me to pick my son up from school.

As a fearlessly independent women, with no family nearby for support, I hardly miss a beat, but yesterday my kids joked that I became a “BAD MOM”!
