We provide one on one sessions with passionate physiotherapists who care about you. At Village Physiotherapy Shellharbour, we care about you and you only. We are a team of highly trained Physios and EPs. With one on one personalised sessions, we don’t believe in hooking you up to a machine, rather we believe in education and hands on therapy. Using thorough assessment techniques we find the cause of your problem (pain/injury) rather than just treating the symptoms. In working closely with you, we will reduce pain, increase flexibility, increase strength and lead to increased sports/work performance.

Do you have a TheraBand at home? Watch this video to learn how to use it to your advantage!

Use your TheraBand for these 5 simple movements recommended by one of our Physios Tammeka, that warm up your shoulders, activate your arm muscles, and improve your range of motion.

Aim for 10 reps each exercise (10 each arm where applies) and for an extra challenge, repeat exercises 2 or more times.

*If using a blue band is too heavy for you, try using a green, red or yellow*
