You might have noticed not much has been happening with Kutumba Yoga and Yoga Bears in recent times. This little person has been giving me a hard time with nausea and exhaustion! Thankfully s/he has let up in the second trimester so I'm looking to start up prenatal and Mums and bubs classes again soon in Shellharbour. I've also got a free prenatal Facebook group which will have lots of sequences and poses to help in the various stages of pregnancy and birth preparation.
