Pleased to support this initiative - such an accessible space for people with disability, in our very own local community! Thanks to Shellharbour City Council for their inclusive practices, Greenacres Disability Services for the delicious onsite cafe and Carol Berry MP for supporting the disability sector.

Such a pleasure to attend the launch of Shellharbour Airport’s marketing campaign this morning!

I commend the focus on the accessibility features of the airport, which makes it easier for everyone to travel.

Well done to Shellharbour City Council for a great event!

It was great to see representatives some wonderful local disability service providers Greenacres Disability Services and The Cram Foundation in attendance - big shout out to Greenacres who run the cafe at the Airport, creating highly valued job opportunities for people with disability 👏🏻👏🏻

Thank you so much Greenacres Disability Services! We had a wonderful time and felt so ‘zen’ afterwards.

Maryanne has begun her volunteering journey with Riding for the Disabled Association NSW- Illawarra centre. If there was ever a woman made for this, it's Maryanne. She's positive, works hard, loves horses, people and being out and about. On Saturday she worked all morning to groom the horses, set up the arena, talked with families during classes and then packed everything down. Mar will be a regular from now on, she loved it and was a valuable volunteer, with the RDA team saying she is welcome any time. 🐴🦄

Our CEO Alisha Musker and our Executive Manager, Accommodation and Growth Vedran Stajic attended a consultation workshop with City of Wollongong Council this week. The focus was council’s 2026 - 2030 Disability Inclusion Action Plan and covered a range of topics including parking, pathways, lighting, community spaces and more.

Alisha spoke to Region Illawarra about the importance of all voices being heard during this consultation period, read the article below ⬇️.

Cram is so pleased to welcome the team from Greenacres Disability Services as they begin their journey with us in Active Support training over the next six months.

This training is all about empowering people with disabilities to take part in everyday tasks and social activities—helping them build independence, make choices, and feel included in their communities. It’s a vital part of providing meaningful, person-centred support.

We were also delighted to have Greenacres CEO Karen Burdett drop by this morning to meet with Cram CEO Alisha Musker and connect with the current group taking part in the training. We are firm believers that the disability sector is better together!

We started NAIDOC Week 2025 by attending 's event. A beautiful way to mark the 50th anniversary of this important occasion in Australia's calendar. Cram recognises our First Nations people as the enduring owners of the land on which we work, rest and play and we thank them for their guardianship over the beautiful Dharawal country we call home.
