Congratulations to all our winners, highly commended and tenured staff who were recognised at our 2026 Staff Awards Night. It was amazing to come together and celebrate our achievements over the last year and enjoy each other's company. Our Cram staff are the reason the people we support are able to live the lives they want and we are so grateful!

We recently completed some renovations in our head office, thanks to a generous Community Building Partnerships grant. We were able to make our reception space more accessible for the people we support by lowering our front counter, adding floor boards and installing an automatic door that anyone can enter, without assistance. A big thank you to Anna Watson MP - Member for Shellharbour for making this all possible and for dropping in to see the upgrades.

Today we celebrate the incredible women Cram supports, we also recognise those who lead and support our organisation every day.

With a female CEO, a predominantly female executive team, a strong female presence on our board and women making up the majority of our staff, we are proud to see women leading meaningful change in people’s lives.

This year’s International Women’s Day tells us what Cram already knows - when we invest in women, everyone benefits.

Thank you to the women across our organisation whose dedication, compassion and leadership make a difference every day.
