We are located at 3 Holm Place Shellharbour City Centre.

We are not a gym. We specialize in Pod Training (small group personal training,4-6 women with 1 PT) Movement Classes (Pilates reformer, Yoga, Barre, Boxing, jump-fit and more) and Perimenopause & Menopause support.

When you are apart of our community no women EVER trains alone!

We are for you if:
