It’s already Wednesday! Feels like the week is flying. Doesn’t it? So tell me… how are you really doing?

Are you moving through with intention or just ticking boxes on autopilot? Have you even paused to breathe and check in with yourself?

When you do pause, things shift. Arguments that felt huge lose their grip. The to-do list stops owning you. You notice the small things, like the coffee that actually tastes good, the sunlight on your face, the sounds of nature, and they refill your energy way more than another rushed scroll ever will.

Card Of The Day: The Earth Faery

The Guides of Faery
Physical health. Grounding. Foundations.

The Earth Faery advises you to pay attention to your health and all things about your physical body. Perhaps you need to exercise or pay special attention to your diet. Are you getting enough sleep?

The Earth Faery reminds you to indulge your senses. It's good to revel in the sensations of your body. The sensual world is an important part of the path to Avalon and must be honoured.

When the Earth Faery appears, she reminds you to get into your body and out of your head. Don't spend so much time analysing things over and over. Get your hands into some dirt and do some gardening. Walk barefoot in the grass, and remember that your physical self is the house of your spirit, as the Mother Earth houses you. Get grounded: remember that you're part of the living earth. Stay connected.

🌑 New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo + Equinox

The universe is handing us a triple hit right now… a New Moon, a Solar Eclipse, and the Equinox. That’s a lot of cosmic energy, and it’s asking us to pay attention.

The Equinox is all about balance… equal light, equal dark. It’s asking us to pause, notice where we’re out of alignment, and bring ourselves back into harmony. Layer that with the New Moon and Eclipse… and you’ve got a total clean slate. A chance to release what’s weighing you down and plant seeds for what actually feels right.

Sitting with my coffee at the harbour this morning, I was thinking about how my life is on the verge of shifting into the next level.

And I realised how often I used to hold myself back… being a carer, waiting for others to catch up, letting their fears or hesitations slow me down.

Not anymore.

It’s time to march to the beat of my own drum… and let them march to theirs.

Funny thing is… when you finally let yourself move forward, by focusing on your own path, everything that is not aligned starts to fall away. And more of your path is revealed.
