Meet Matt 👋

Matt is a qualified physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, as well as a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Since completing his studies, Matt has continued to expand his expertise, completing his Sports Physiotherapy Level 1 certification in 2019. ⛹️

With a strong personal background in sport and physical activity, Matt understands the importance of staying active and pain-free. Whether it’s getting back to weekend sport, going for a run, or playing with your grandkids, Matt is committed to helping you return to the activities you love. 🙌

He has worked in both aged care and private musculoskeletal clinics, treating a wide range of conditions—from lower limb injuries and chronic pain to post-operative rehabilitation. His key areas of interest include sports injuries, lower back and neck pain, and jaw (TMJ) pain. 🏌️

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Matt staying active himself—running, surfing, or playing ultimate frisbee, golf, and basketball. 🏄

Matt’s approach is professional, empathetic, and tailored to your individual goals. Whether you're recovering from injury or working toward peak performance, he’s here to guide and support you every step of the way. 💪
