The team at Medicine in Motion Health Group are dedicated Allied Health Professionals who endeavour to promote exercise as medicine in the treatment of all our clients. We aim to educate our clients on the health benefits of exercise, motivate our clients to make good health choices and instil life-long changes in health behaviour.

Meet Alicia 👋

Alicia is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who completed their bachelor degree at Southern Cross University. Alicia is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and build consistent and sustainable exercise habits. Alicia enjoys working with all conditions but has a strong interest in neurological, and metabolic conditions, and is currently completing further studies in Diabetic Education and Management at Southern Cross University. 💪

Outside of work, you’ll find Alicia in the ocean, playing soccer and basketball, enjoying sunset walks with family and friends, and spending time with her chocolate Labrador. 🌊⚽️🐶
