WELCOME TO SACRED FOUNDATIONS and my page. The name Sacred Foundations evolved after listening to my intuition on what I was trying to focus on when supporting others through any of the modalities I do. We strengthen our physical core with exercise so that it forms a strong foundation that is also flexible for our body to move and stay strong. We have other bodies as well, our mental, ou

r emotional and spiritual bodies. My Aim and Intention with the work I do, is to strengthen the core of these bodies so that strong foundations are laid, and we can move, grow and evolve with a solid base, whilst still being flexible to go with the flow and ebb of life and maintain our own uniqueness and sacredness.
