Towards the end of stress, developing meditation and transforming emotions Since 2017 I offer Personal Development courses and run a dhamma Study Group.

The two courses are:
- Transforming Emotions (7 weeks)
- Practical dhamma (3 weeks)
Only costs are to cover the renting in Shenton Park, Western Australia For the past four years (from 2017 to 2020 ) of activities at the Mindfulness Meditation Hub in Nedlands then Leederville, then since early 2021 now in Shenton Park, I have been able to share my personal development, practice and results with more than 500 people in three activities : two courses of Mental Development (Transforming Emotions and Practical dhamma) and one group of people dedicated to the dhamma (the teachings of the Buddha).

Course #2 - Practical dhamma
 - 3 Week Course – 1.5 hr per week
A practical guide on how to implement Buddha’s teachings in your own personal life.
The dhamma is the Buddha’s teaching about stress and his path of how to end it.
In this 3 Week course Alain will share his understanding of how to implement the dhamma and practically achieve results in our daily life.
Alain draws on 28 years of experience in Buddhism from the Tibetan and Theravada traditions, combined with years of daily self practice and many solitary retreats. Although no longer affiliated to any tradition, Alain is extremely committed to the dhamma as a means to methodically transform ourself. Alain’s teachings stem from his own personal experience in the application of the dhamma.
The aim of the course is a clear understanding of the dhamma and how to apply its principles and tools in our daily life in order to remove all our stress.

Those looking to practically work towards ending the suffering in their life.

Course #1 - Transforming Emotions
 7 Week Course – 1.5 hr per week
I will be sharing a methodical and structured process to help you gradually still your mind through transforming your emotions.
You will learn to establish a complete view of your emotions, feelings, reactions and to develop subsequent positive intentions from which to live your life moving forward in a loving and kind way.
I will show you how to utilise this technique to experience true freedom from your outdated, automatic and reactive patterns.
My belief is that true freedom is our ability to be free to respond and act in a positive manner to experience complete happiness and liberation from all our personal suffering within this life.
This process will be shared as a course over 7 weekly sessions.
Sessions include a short meditation. Attendees are welcome to optionally share their progress of using the technique.

Individuals looking to develop true happiness from within.
And those looking to deepen or enhance their meditation, mindfulness or self-development practices.
