Course #1 - Transforming Emotions
7 Week Course – 1.5 hr per week
I will be sharing a methodical and structured process to help you gradually still your mind through transforming your emotions.
You will learn to establish a complete view of your emotions, feelings, reactions and to develop subsequent positive intentions from which to live your life moving forward in a loving and kind way.
I will show you how to utilise this technique to experience true freedom from your outdated, automatic and reactive patterns.
My belief is that true freedom is our ability to be free to respond and act in a positive manner to experience complete happiness and liberation from all our personal suffering within this life.
This process will be shared as a course over 7 weekly sessions.
Sessions include a short meditation. Attendees are welcome to optionally share their progress of using the technique.
Suited to :
Individuals looking to develop true happiness from within.
And those looking to deepen or enhance their meditation, mindfulness or self-development practices.
