If it’s constantly in your line of sight and it’s not adding anything to your life anymore, it’s allowed to go.
Because the truth is the clutter isn’t worth your mental space.
I didn’t start decluttering because I wanted a perfect home, I started because I was exhausted.
Exhausted from feeling behind, from never being able to keep up and from the constant visual noise everywhere I looked.
It consisted of having too much stuff, too many decisions and too much overwhelm in a space that’s meant to feel safe.
And what I’ve learnt is this…
When you start removing what overstimulates you, everything shifts.
You feel calmer, you become more patient and you also become more present in your own home.
Not because your home is perfect, but because it finally feels supportive.
So if your home feels chaotic right now, it’s not a reflection of you, I believe it’s a reflection of what your environment is holding.
And you get to change that.
Here for you when you’re ready 🤍
