All of our instructors are trained and up-to-date in prenatal exercise, so you can rest assured you're in expert hands.

We can offer modifications and comfort for you throughout your pregnancy, so you’ll feel safe, supported, and empowered to move in a way that feels good for you.

💚 A little extra joy - Georgia, who kept moving with us throughout her pregnancy, is now back with her gorgeous bub – who of course had to feature in our milestone photos this week ☺️
