360 Health Management is an NDIS-registered disability services organisation. We operate across regional Victoria, with our head office in Shepparton

We offer a range of NDIS services and supports with flexibility to tailor your supports to your individual needs. Some of the services we offer include:
• Group Programs
• Individual support
• Behaviour support
• Support Coordination
• Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
• Respite/Short Term accommodation
We operate in regional Victoria, with our head office in Shepparton, and other offices in Bendigo, Seymour and Swan Hill. We have clients located everywhere from Strathbogie to Swan Hill and Seymour to Cobram
