🍃Sometimes the hardest decision is pressing pause on something you’ve built with your whole heart🍃

Following a recent surgery and after careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to take extended leave from practising as an osteopath for the foreseeable future.
My role requires a great deal physically, emotionally, and cognitively, and at this time I don’t feel I’m able to give what my patients and the profession deserve.

‼️All upcoming appointments will be cancelled and online bookings have been disabled.
At this stage I’m unable to offer a return date, so I encourage you to arrange ongoing care with another practitioner.

🙏I realise this will be a significant change for some and I want to ensure the transition to another practitioner is as smooth as possible.
📩If you are on my mailing list you will have received a detailed email with alternative local options who will take excellent care of you.

🤲🏻Over the past 10 years at Revive Health Osteopathy, it has been an incredible privilege to care for the community.
In that time, I’ve had 18,893 appointments - supporting you and your families through illness, injuries, recoveries, pregnancies, new babies, and so many stages of life.

I’m deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me.

☺️For now, I’m choosing to prioritise my health, and I’ll share updates when I can.

October - 💕Breast Cancer Awareness Month💕

It's a privilege to be a part of the health team working in the breast cancer space; affecting with at least 1 in 7 women in our lifetime.

From lymphoedema, cording, radiation fibrosis to breast pain and shoulder restrictions, there is so much we can do as manual therapists to resume a full & happy life.

This October, do what you always say you will and do a self breast examination.

It’s been a while so I thought I’d re-introduce myself👋
I’m not getting any younger and with my beautiful clinic as a backdrop now, there really was no better time 😜

This year marks 11 years since I began my journey as an osteopath—and I’m feeling so grateful to be doing work I truly love. 🖤
I started out my career in Adelaide, but my heart brought me back home to Victoria, where I’ve been lucky enough to serve the Shepparton community with hands-on, holistic care since 2016.
Over the years, I’ve developed an interest in post-surgical breast cancer care, lymphoedema, paediatrics, dancers, headaches, pregnancy care and supporting healthy ageing.

Every person I meet brings a new story, and I’m constantly inspired by the resilience, growth and healing I get to witness every day.
Whether you’ve seen me for treatment, sent someone my way, or just followed along over the years—thank you.
Your support means the world, and I’m so lucky to be in this line of work. 🙏✨
