You didn't study for years to spend your afternoons on paperwork. You became an OT because you wanted to make a real difference for kids and families.

At Bloom Sensory, we protect that. Our admin team handles all bookings, service agreements, and invoicing, so our OTs can give their full attention to what matters most. The therapy. The families. The work that actually changes lives.

We're a paediatric OT clinic in Shepparton built around Ayres Sensory Integration®, a clinical model that puts the child's sensory experience at the centre of everything. We have a purpose-built sensory clinic, weekly 1:1 supervision, a sustainable caseload and a team that genuinely loves coming to work.

If that sounds like the place you've been looking for, I'd really love to hear from you.
New grad or experienced. Full time or part time. Clinic or community based therapy. We have options to suit your work preferences.

The best way to know if Bloom is right for you? Come and experience it through a shadowing session. Email admin@bloomsensory.com.au and tell me why you became an OT and what you're looking for.

Regulation first. ALWAYS.

When children feel organised and supported in their bodies, they’re more ready to engage, learn and grow.

Back to school is a big transition for a child’s nervous system.

New routines, increased demands and social expectations can feel overwhelming.

When we slow things down, create predictability and support regulation, children are better able to engage, learn and feel confident.

Our colours of Bloom!

Each hummingbird tells a different story. One of creativity, individuality and growth.

Together, they reflect something we value deeply. Every child experiences the world differently, and that is something to celebrate.

Most OT jobs don’t look like this…

But we think they should.

Play, movement, connection, and understanding the “why” behind every child. That’s what therapy looks like at Bloom Sensory.

We’re looking for an OT who loves working with children, values connection with families, and wants to grow in a supportive team with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect.

Email mickaylah@bloomsensory.com.au to set up a time to come shadow our team and see what a day at Bloom Sensory looks like.

Daylight savings can throw more than just the clock off

It can shift your child’s sleep, energy, and emotions…
and suddenly the afternoons feel longer, bedtimes feel harder, and everyone is a little more tired.

If things feel a bit off this week, that makes sense

Your child isn’t being “difficult”
Their body is just trying to catch up

This is where small, supportive shifts can make a big difference
→ a little more rest
→ a little more flexibility
→ a little more connection

You don’t need perfect routines right now
Just support, consistency, and time

Save this to come back to over the next few days
And if you need more support, we’re here

It might look like play but there’s so much more happening here!

The flying fox is building:
• Grip strength for fine motor skills
• Shoulder stability for writing and self-care
• Core strength for posture and endurance
• Body awareness for coordination and confidence
• Motor planning for everyday tasks

When children are supported to move, explore and challenge their bodies, they’re developing the foundations they need for daily life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Bloom Sensory opening night. It meant so much to see so many come through the space and share in this moment with us.

We are so grateful for the support from our local community, the kind words, the encouragement, and the excitement about what this space will offer for children and families in the years to come.

A special thank you to those who have supported Bloom behind the scenes in the early stages. Starting something new takes patience, trust, and a lot of problem solving, and we are very lucky to have such a supportive network around us.

We are only just getting started, and we are looking forward to continuing to grow, welcoming more families into the clinic, and expanding our services over time.

Thank you again for being part of the beginning of Bloom Sensory.
