To the person who attempted to break into my office
- yep you caused me a whole lot of stress and money to repair the damage and of course a whole lot of time where I have not been able to see clients. If that was your intent, well done, you have succeeded.
- If you would like to change the way you behave and respond to situations, not be driven by your emotions and live a life according to your values and goals then its never too late to reach out for psychological support.
