Today marks the start of National Reconciliation Week, a time to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements and explore how all Australians can contribute to achieving reconciliation.

This year's theme, 'Now more than ever' acknowledges the challenges faced by First Nations people and encourages everyone to come together to tackle discrimination and create change.

Asking someone, 'are you OK?', can improve your understanding of their challenges and increase their sense of connection and belonging.

Check in with your mob this week, and every week.
