Let's talk about perfection.
It's probably one of the biggest things that holds us back and keeps us stuck.
It locks us in a loop of self-doubt and procrastination, keeps us focussed on the negatives, and makes
everything feel HARD.
What if we embraced our imperfection as perfection?
What if our imperfections were EXACTLY what makes us perfect?
Seeing this as true is imperative to mental and emotional wellbeing, and can be the backbone of positive self-esteem for young people.
