This afternoon's adventures with Kaz involved following on from this morning at Shell Cove, proceeding to Kiama, where we walked along the shoreline before returning to Nowra for a brief excursion. Subsequently, we headed home, consumed a late lunch, took in the washing, folded it, and put it away. After a pad change , I am now watching the movie Sing quietly with Kaz.

Spending the day with Kaz, starting at Shell Cove Marina, where numerous cafes and eateries were available despite the absence of shops, and we stopped for morning tea. 🌟👍💛😊🌈☕️🛥

This week Shoalhaven Disability Bowling League returned for 2026. A lot of changes and questionable participation, but overall my client Karlee is happy to be back with her friends.

People who know me know I'm not exactly the queen of cooking, but Jess and I decided to give jam drops and Mars slice a shot with the weather of change, and let me tell you, tastes better than it looks 🤣, guess that saying 'practice makes perfect' is true 🌟👍💕😊👌

Somewhat doing as I'm told lol. Home now with leg raised and ice pack on. Had a lovely catch up with friends at the park then a tad last minute shopping only to find my person. Yeap at this time of year he is my favourite 🎅🎄🕯🙏🎊🍰

Today we embarked on a wildly adventurous road trip to Sydney, and by wildly adventurous I mean we drove a car and now our bums hurt. Today was the car drive up and then we strolled to Darling Harbour for the aquarium, because who doesn't love looking at fish, and now we're chillin in Adria having a drink. 🐠🐳🚗😴

We know many of you have been worried about changes to art and music therapy in the NDIS.

The NDIA has now released the independent report, which recommended:

1. The price limit for art and music therapy will drop to $156.16 (previously $193.99).

2. To be funded, therapists must be qualified and registered with their industry body.

These changes start on 24 November 2025. A new NDIS Evidence Advisory Committee will also keep reviewing art and music therapy.

It's good news that art and music therapy will continue to be funded by the NDIS. But we understand many families will be disappointed about the price cuts.

Today's shift was having lunch while exploring Booderee National Park and freezing our little bodies. But it was worth it, beautiful views and whales to boot. Then back home to do her chores of taking the rubbish out, washing her hands and then remaking her bed. A good day was had. 👍🏼✅️

Today is a lazy day for to my ankle. So we have made popcorn for morning tea. Lunch we made a chicken ceasar wrap and we just finished making chocolate crackles. So sitting down eating lunch and watching Benji then playing with Rotti.
