In support of Lymphoedema Awareness Month, the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians - ASDC has created this great reminder for the maintenance of your skin health when managing this condition.

"Maintaining skin integrity is essential to reduce lymphatic strain and prevent infections. As lymphoedema progresses, skin conditions such as fibrosis, hyperkeratosis, and, in severe cases, papillomatosis and lymphorrhea, can develop." (ASDC post)
