A little update from me to you all who I miss so very much.
I have started working for a chiropractor doing prep massages two mornings a week. I feel this is a good step getting back to seeing you all.
I am teaching yoga every Tuesday evening by the river and it is a joy to practise in such a beautiful place.
I also have yoga lined up through the Shoalhaven Women's Health Centre. A six week block of Mat yoga and chair yoga starting on February 28. I'm really looking forward to that too.
