Today we hosted a successful workshop designed specifically for Occupational Therapists seeking clarity and confidence in navigating Assistive Technology within the NDIS.

Hosted by Sarah Collison from Verve OT, the session broke down complex AT processes, demystified the OT’s role across all levels of prescription, and unpacked the NDIS rules and operational guidelines.

Participants explored risk and cost considerations, trial and assessment processes, and gained practical insights into using the better hybrid AT template and mid-cost AT template — along with what evidence is needed for successful AT submissions.
