About This Opportunity:
Are you detail-oriented and looking for meaningful work that makes a difference? We're seeking a Business Operations Officer to join our supportive team in Singleton.

What You'll Do:
✅ Data entry and record keeping for our operations
✅ Support fleet management and vehicle record keeping
✅ Support compliance documentation for NDIS requirements
✅ Assist with basic financial record keeping under supervision
✅ Help coordinate property maintenance for our SIL homes

What We Offer
💰 SCHADS SCE Level 3 + penalties
⏰ 25 hours/week (5 hours/day, Mon-Fri)
🎯 Flexible start times (8:00-9:00 AM)

What You'll Need
Essential:
✨Certificate III in Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
✨1-2 years clerical/data entry experience
✨Intermediate Excel skills
✨Attention to detail and accuracy
✨Current NSW driver's license

Desirable:
✨Interest in disability services sector
✨Basic NDIS knowledge
✨Experience with MYOB/Xero

This property is currently vacant and is suitable for a Participant discharging from Hospital with high physical support needs as it is flat-level access throughout. Singleton has no available SDA properties so this is a great alternative as it was renovated for wheelchair use throughout. It has a large bedroom at the front of the property suitable for a Hospital Bed. The property comes with free fast internet (Fibre to the Premises) and is equipped with Ring Cameras and Alexa communications.
If you have 8 hours or more of 1:1 funding in your plan please give us a call to discuss options. Pets and Family Members welcome to reside at the property with you. Also suitable for Sharers, other properties available also.

YES! We can still deliver STA (Respite) under the new NDIS rules.

Whilst Cruises, Holiday Accommodation and Holiday-like activities are now on the NO list and are no longer funded by the NDIS at HVS we can still provide Respite in our own accommodation. This allows Participants and their Informal Supports to have time apart.

If you live alone please contact us to discuss your options also and how we may help you take a break.
