A beautiful morning at Tides Cafe enjoying the spring sunshine with a fantastic view of the beach! 🏖️

🌸 A beautiful sunny day calls for planting flowers, veggies and herbs in our community raised garden bed 🌽 A lovely morning spent together planning where each plant will go, spreading the seeds and getting our hands dirty 💐 We have a few residents who are taking on the role of making sure the plants get watered daily 💦 We will soon decide on a plaque as a group for our singleton community garden and enjoy seeing the flowers grow! 🌻

Dementia Action Week 🎂 ending dementia action week with a beautiful high tea in our MSU wing 🫶🏼 We invited families and friends to come along and enjoy some lovely snacks and a cuppa tea with their loved ones on this beautiful afternoon ☕️

🎣 A day out on the water! Celebrating the arrival of Spring! 🌞 The sun is shining and our residents are enjoying the return of our Fishability Friends outing this morning 🐟 What a ripper of a day 🌈 ☀️ 😊

☕️ A lovely morning at the dome cafe 🫶🏼 residents enjoyed a lovely warm drink and even a big burger for breakfast 🍔 YUM! 🤤 each month we will be trialling local places out to eat & drink! 🥳

This morning we had the fabulous Apache Rebel Line Dancing Group perform for us here @ Singleton Community Aged Care! What a fantastic turn out! Many residents boogied in their seats to the music & enjoyed the show! 🕺

💛 Yesterday was R U OK? Day 💛
It’s a reminder to check in with the people around us – family, friends, colleagues, neighbours. A simple “Are you OK?” can make a big difference.
We don’t need to have all the answers, just a listening ear and a caring heart. 💬💛
So today (and every day), let’s reach out, start a conversation, and remind each other that we’re not alone.

🚌 One of our much loved activities - scenic bus drives 🚌 Today we ventured out to the beautiful south yunderup and enjoyed some afternoon tea by the river 🏞️ Spring weather is slowly making an appearance! YIPPPIE 🌞

💙 Happy Father’s Day 💙

Today at Singleton Community Aged Care, we honour the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures whose love, strength, and guidance have shaped families and the communities we all hold dear.

At The Vue Community Aged Care, another one of our For Purpose Aged Care homes, we were privileged to witness heartfelt moments shared between fathers and their loved ones — a beautiful reminder of the bonds that connect generations.

From all of us at Singleton and across For Purpose Aged Care, we thank every father for their enduring contribution to family and community life. Today, we celebrate you.
