I went down to Melbourne to see how we could make our space even better and here’s what I found:

1️⃣ Most shared wellness spaces care about numbers only → pack in as many people per hour as possible.

2️⃣ Some workplaces actually pay for employees to attend monthly as part of policy , not just a perk.

3️⃣ The whole city runs off the tram schedule, which means people are super organised and everything flows.

I loved exploring these spaces and came home buzzing with ideas. But here’s what it means for us here in the country 👇

✨ We take pride in giving every client a personal experience not just a spot on the clock.

✨ We’re about loyalty and relationships, not headcount.

✨ I’d love to see more workplaces here make wellness a policy, just like the city.

✨ And maybe if we were a little more organised, we’d all find a few extra hours in the day! 😜

Why is it that males think ‘self-care’ is just for females?

I can tell you now my dad spends every Sunday down here; 30min sauna , 3min ice bath. It’s less the 45minutes out of his weekend yet it makes him feel refreshed and revived ready to tackle another week of work as a supervisor!
