🌱 Why Early Childhood Teachers Matter 🌱
The early years are when children build the foundations for learning, confidence, and independence. Having a qualified Early Intervention Teacher makes all the difference — supporting communication, social skills, and emotional wellbeing from the very start.
At Let’s Talk Support, our experienced Early Intervention Teachers:
✔️ Work alongside families so parents, carers, and participants have full choice and control over their goals.
✔️ Partner with speech pathologists, OTs, psychologists, and other professionals to provide quality, consistent support.
✔️ Follow a Best Practice framework that is child-centred, strengths-based, and empowering.
✔️ Provide support in a variety of environments — schools, ECEC settings, in the home, and in the community — to help children thrive across all areas of life.
Every child deserves the chance to thrive — and early intervention helps make that possible. 💜

🚨 Paracetamol in Pregnancy & Autism – What Parents Need to Know🚨

Recently, Donald Trump claimed that taking paracetamol (Panadol / Tylenol) during pregnancy “causes” autism and said pregnant women should avoid it.

✔️ What the science actually says:

* The strongest recent research (including sibling-comparison studies) finds **no evidence** that prenatal paracetamol causes autism, ADHD, or intellectual disability.
* Medical experts & groups (ACOG, SMFM, RANZCOG, etc.) still consider paracetamol one of the safer options for managing pain or fever in pregnancy when used correctly.

👉 Parents: you deserve accurate, evidence-backed info. Check with your healthcare provider if you’re uncertain.

Let’s share facts, not fear. 💙

Robust scientific evidence shows no causal link between the use of paracetamol in pregnancy and autism or ADHD, with several large and reliable studies directly contradicting these claims.

🚨 Heads Up Parents! Important Warning About Roblox and Child Safety🚨

Recent reports have revealed serious safety lapses on Roblox, including children being exposed to inappropriate content, interacting with adults with little to no oversight, and weak age-verification systems.

Here’s what parents should know:

⚠️ What’s Wrong Now

* Children as young as five are reportedly accessing sexually suggestive environments.
* Adult‐child communication is often poorly controlled or lacks parental consent.
* Existing parental controls, chat filters, and content moderation are not always effective.

🛡️What Safeguards are coming:

* Parental consent for users under 16 to communicate with adults.
* Parents can disable chat functions entirely for children aged 13-15.
* Voice chat completely banned for children aged 13-15.

✅ What Parents Can Do Right Now

* Review and enable all parental control & privacy settings in Roblox.
* Talk to your kids about safe online behaviour & what to do if something upsets them.
* Monitor which games, groups, or experiences they’re joining.

Please share this — let’s make sure parents know what’s going on and push platforms to take safety seriously. Our kids deserve it. 💪

✨ Why Successful Transitions Through School Matter ✨
Starting school, moving from primary to high school, and finishing school are big milestones in a child’s life. For students with disability, these changes can bring extra challenges — new routines, teachers, learning environments, and expectations.
When transitions are planned well and supported:
✅ Students feel safe, included, and confident.
✅ Families understand what to expect and how to advocate for their child.
✅ Educators and families work together to create consistency and reduce anxiety.
✅ Students are more likely to have positive learning outcomes and improved well-being throughout their school journey.
With the right strategies, resources, and collaboration, transitions don’t have to be stressful — they can be exciting opportunities for growth, independence, and success.
