Sadly, 1 in 5 people experience a mental illness each year.
This September, we are walking 5000km in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and su***de.
Our goal is to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

🚨Athlete Update from the rep netball presentation, and some wonderful words from the coach! 🏐

"Mila was the successful recipient of the under 13’s coaches award due to her commitment both at training and at carnivals. Mila worked hard over the season to improve her skills. She was always keen to learn, respectful to both her teammates and opposition. She showed leadership qualities and was an exceptional team player.
Well deserved Mila". 👏👏
