✨ End of an Era ✨

After 5 years of hard work, heart, and topping up the physio's days with her injuries, we’re saying farewell to Ali, as she heads into a well-earned retirement.

Ali has been a truly valued member of our team, someone whose commitment, experience, and positivity have left a lasting impact on everyone around her. Her contribution over the years has meant so much, both professionally and personally.

Ali will be deeply missed, not just for her work, but for support, and laughs that she brought to the team every day. (As well as the golf tips 🏌️‍♂⛳)

We are incredibly grateful for everything Ali has given and wish her nothing but happiness, good health, and exciting new adventures in this next chapter of life.

🏅✨ Exciting news from the NSW Country Championships in Dubbo! Over 700 athletes competed fiercely, and we’re thrilled to share that Hilary Kennedy secured second place in both shot put and javelin, narrowly missing gold by just a few centimetres!

Looking ahead, Hilary is eager to compete in the NSW State Championships and Nationals in March in Canberra. Plus, she's gearing up for some solid training over winter to prepare for the World Masters Athletics Championships in Daegu, South Korea later this year.
