School holidays are here, and we’ve got a little change to help you make the most of your mornings! 🎉

For the next two Thursdays — July 10th & 17th — Helen’s Pilates class will be running from 8:00am - 9:00am instead of the usual 9:15am. It’s the perfect way to start your day feeling strong, balanced, and energized before you dive into holiday activities. 💪✨

Helen’s classes are always full of energy, and we’d love to see you there to keep up your practice and enjoy the supportive community. 🌿 Whether you’re a regular or new to Pilates, come along and feel the benefits — we’ve got space for you!
