*Market Update*

The Christmas feels are in the air and that makes us want to eat mangoes and cherries! Mango trays are great value - they make the perfect gift also. For more economical mango options, check our our Funnies section which also has full trays or single mangoes. Cherries are absolutely more-ish at this time of the year. They are perfect, and if a tray of mangoes isn't your thing, try a box of cherries instead! You won't be able to stop.

In other fruit news, nectarines are great, and the whites are getting better by the week.

Berries, especially strawberries, are good quality and reasonable.

Please be aware that all apples are around 9 months old now and they will undoubtedly be more bruised than they have been early on in the season.

Veggies tend to suffer a little more at this time of year due to the heat but there are still some great options out there. Asparagus is hardy and is still growing strong. This week, there is also an influx of iceburg lettuce into the Markets which has pushed prices down. Salad veggies like cucumbers and tomatoes are also reasonable at the moment and are dealing well with the summer heat.

Potatoes and capsicums remain expensive.

**Loomas's whole cakes continue to be on special under Artisan Bakehouse and will stay on special til Christmas. They take the fuss out of dessert prep and would be perfect for your next gathering.

*Specialty Suppliers*

Nicola and Stu are back this week with their beautiful Le Saucier range, which features artisan and award winning jus, pastas and sauces. Their products make it very easy to recreate a restaurant quality meal at home at a fraction of the price. This is the final time that we will see Le Saucier for the remainder of this year so make sure you stock up if need be. Please check product descriptions to determine if a product comes chilled or frozen. All Le Saucier products can be frozen and their jus is extremely shelf stable if the seal is unbroken.

There is no delay for Le Saucier.

We are also welcoming back Goose on the Loose this market, because their award winning salami would be perfect for any Christmas platter! Their duck salami never fails to disappoint and their Truffle Pork salami would be the best choice for something a little fancier. Salamis come in sticks for you to self-slice to your own preference.

There is a one week delay for Goose on the Loose.
