Originally ‘Performance Health Physiotherapy Sunshine Coast’, My Performance Health was founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing elite sport knowledge, experience and level of professionalism into the community. Using a mixture of thorough assessment techniques, hands-on treatment, modified training plans, advice and exercise, our goal is to help you maintain being active whilst also rehabilitating your injury. It's time to shake off those winter blues and get moving!
Chilly mornings and warm days mean morning beach walks, lunch time workouts and more time of an afternoon for that post-work wind down. We absolutely love this time of year!
Just remember to increase the load slowly - don't jump in all gung ho. If you're not sure where to start, or need help with load management, come in and see us!
