Originally ‘Performance Health Physiotherapy Sunshine Coast’, My Performance Health was founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing elite sport knowledge, experience and level of professionalism into the community. Using a mixture of thorough assessment techniques, hands-on treatment, modified training plans, advice and exercise, our goal is to help you maintain being active whilst also rehabilitating your injury. 🎈 It's our 3rd birthday! 🎈
What better way to celebrate than to bring out the party whistles (and realise we all make weird faces when we do)! The bloopers are something we will lock away, never to be seen by anyone else!!
On a more serious note though, we are truly thankful to everyone who has supported us over the past 3 years - whether you have visited the clinic, recommended us to a friend or simply cheered us on, we wouldn't be here without your support.
