As the veil between the seen and the unseen lifts, and the connection between the solid 3D earth and the inter-dimensional realms that are all around us, become ever closer, we naturally become more aware.

More aware that there is much more than meets the eye to this human existence. As light body souls living this human experience, we can tap into the vibrational energies that support and surround us.

And as we dip our toe into these waters, which we inevitably do, we ask ourselves ‘What else?’

What else is there out there for me?
What can nourish my soul on a deeper level, to connect into, and ground me fully into a deeper knowing, a deeper trust and the stillness and expansiveness all at once that yearns in my heart?

Plugging into nature is one of my biggest self care practices. I don’t always get a chance to be out there as much as I’d like (honestly I’d live in the trees if I could) but I do take the time to prioritise meaningful connection and tuning into nature as much as I can. Doing it with my human soul mates makes it all the more special! . ✨

We sometimes forget so much about the energy exchange between ourselves and the living world around us, but once we take the time, breathe it in, and become still. That right there is honouring our absolute. 🙏🦋

PEACE REALLY IS AN INSIDE JOB

When I sat with one of the many wisdom keeper trees in my local area like I do regularly- the message was loud and clear....Peace starts from within....☮️

Whether it's wishing the people around us, our communities or the world at large would be more peaceful...Peace starts from within...🕊️

We all wish for inner peace as well as global peace right? Who wouldn’t? Quite often we think by trying to convince or change people’s thoughts, opinions or behaviours around us to encourage bringing about a more peaceful life will then bring us a more peaceful life too. When in fact... Peace starts from within.🧘🏻‍♀️

If we can’t embody our own inner peace first, how on earth do we foster it externally? That’s not to say we don’t feel challenging emotions and own behaviours that will knock us from our centre of being able to sit in that peace all the time. But it’s how we react to those challenges is where the real key is.🪷

When we can bring ourselves back to our centre, our true homeostasis- there’s the peace. 💫
