This Friday night (April 21st) our Mountain Creek State High School Year 12 Robotics team flies out for Dallas, USA!
The team of:
- Stephanie Cliffe
- Olivia O'Rourke
- Jade Neuendorf
Zaviah Dullahide
will be flying over to to the VEX Robotics Worlds final competition to be held in Dallas next week from April 25-27th. A great reward for twice winning at FNQ Regionals, twice reaching the National finals, and now twice being invited to the Worlds. Covid stopped them getting to the US last year, but not this year.
Congratulations team - and well deserved after two years of excellent results!
Massive thank you to all those that have provided support for the team to make the trip to the event, including Projex Partners Pty Ltd, Shadforths Civil Contractors, Maroochydore Rsl and the many, many others who have provided support both large and small. Special mention too for The Creek Tavern who were very generous in making available fundraising opportunities for the team and their very supportive parents! !
