Sometimes baby just isn’t in the mood to cooperate! You might be asked to move around, have a drink, or even go for a little walk to get better images.

💧 A full bladder can make a big difference
For early scans, a full bladder helps create clearer images (even if it’s a little uncomfortable!).

🖥️ It’s not always a quick appointment
Some scans can take up to an hour, especially when detailed measurements are needed.

🤫 Silence doesn’t mean something is wrong
Your sonographer may be quiet while concentrating—this is completely normal and helps ensure a thorough scan.

❄️ The gel isn’t just for comfort
That cold gel actually helps sound waves travel properly so we can see baby clearly.

📸 Not every scan includes keepsake photos
Some appointments are focused purely on medical information and measurements.

The Benefits of Omega-3 and Motherhood
