Surf Stronger 🌊
If you want to stay in the water longer and keep injuries away, these 3 principles make all the difference 👇🏻
1️⃣ Warm up before you paddle out:
Take 2–3 minutes to get your ankles, knees, hips, back and shoulders moving. A few dynamic stretches and rotations can help your body handle the demands of paddling and pop-ups.
2️⃣ Train with variety:
Surfing is repetitive - your training shouldn’t be.
Include resistance work that challenges different movement patterns: push, pull, hinge, squat and twist. A balanced program keeps your body strong and resilient.
3️⃣ Prioritise recovery + manage your load:
Especially after long or heavy sessions, your body needs time to adapt and rebuild.
Rest days, sleep, mobility work and gradual load management will keep you surfing pain-free for longer.
💪🏻 As surfers ourselves, we know how important it is to stay strong, mobile and pain-free so you can keep chasing waves - not injuries.
We help surfers build strength, prevent injury and recover faster, so you can spend more time doing what you love.
