October is Mental Health Month in Australia, and on 10 October we recognise World Mental Health Day 💚

At Arcare, connection sits at the heart of wellbeing. For many men, speaking openly about mental health can feel difficult. But a shared conversation can ease the weight of silence.

As one of our Arcare Castlemaine team members reflected, “Some of the men have lost their partners before coming here. They’ve been through a lot, but being able to chat with others who understand really helps.”
