WE'RE HIRING - This is a full-time role ideally suited to permanent Cairns residents. For immediate start in Smithfield

We currently have a full position available for a reliable, mature minded person that can work both independently and within a small, close-knit team.

This role includes:
Taking care of our customers’ needs
Basic knowledge of POS systems and Windows Suite
Answering the phone, taking orders and calling customers back
Order fulfilment - this will include but is not limited to:
· marking off incoming stock for specific customer orders
· sorting garments for decorations to be applied

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
Strong focus on attention to detail, this is fundamental and essential.
Well presented with great communication skills
Reliable, hard-working and punctual
Committed and takes pride in their work
Flexible and adaptable to different tasks
Maintaining stock levels on the floor and keeping stock in the warehouse in an orderly manner

Knowledge of/or experience in safety, workwear and uniforms is preferred but not essential
Previous retail experience and excellent customer service is highly advantageous
Heavy lifting is required at times
Helping with basic day to day cleaning and tidying of the shop
